Maintains Electricity Infrastructure Fund​
Payments are made into and out of the Electricity Infrastructure Fund to parties performing roles in the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap.
Acts as contract counterparty
SFV is a credit worthy contract counterparty with many parties performing roles in the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap. See below for more information about contract types.
Makes payments for network infrastructure
SFV facilitates payments of regulated amounts for renewable energy zone and priority network infrastructure projects. These payments may cover construction, ownership, financing, operation and/or maintenance activities.
Contracts
Long Term Energy Service Agreements
Provide revenue certainty for private investment in new renewable energy generation, firming, demand response and long-duration storage.
Project Development Agreements
Set out milestones for achieving financial close, constructing and commissioning the LTESA project and social licence commitments.
Access Payment Deeds
Set out obligations on the access right holder to pay access fees for a NSW Renewable Energy Zone and provide security bonding.
Network Operator Payment Deeds
Enable payment of amounts determined by AER to network operators for carrying out infrastructure projects. ​
